Photography

We walk by beauty everyday. It is easy to look at a flower and not really see it - to simply label it 'flower' and pass it by. My approach regarding photography is
to reignite the metaphor - by taking a photo of a subject I hope to encourage the viewer to reconsider the categorical description and look at it with a fresh eye. My photographs are not so much indexical as they are intimate and meant to bring out the essence of the subject
in some way: its colour, its form, its intricacy. Extraction of beauty...
I encourage you to have a look at the PHOTO GALLERY - the images are
best in full-screen mode.
